The defeat of Satan is connected to the cross of Christ. His binding, loosing, and final defeat revolved around the three stages of Jesus' eschatological work. If we can pinpoint the timing of his final defeat, then we can have the proper framework for eschatology.

This is Chris Liberto. I am the Alabama fan Roll Tide! I met you at the Hester/Preston debate. That was an excellent message on the defeat of satan. You are an excellent speaker. I was very surprised to see so few people at this event. I have been following covenant eschatology for several years and it absolutely makes sense to me. I often wonder why so few people can come to grips with its truthful simplicity of the scriptures. I often find myself at odds with dispensationalists and when you take them to the scriptures the lengths that they will go to make them conform to their doctrine is ridiculous.
