Laura and I just went through a TSA security check at the airport in Atlanta. We are on our way to visit some close friends, do some fishing, go sight seeing, and spend some time studying and fellowshiping with each other.
In order to make it successfully through TSA, you have to ensure that all of your liquids are in appropriate containers with the right size, that you don’t have any forbidden items, and that your carry-on bags meet all of the appropriate size requirements.
There were hundreds of people going through the line at the same time that we were. Of those hundreds, I did not see one person who violated the rules and had to be pulled off to be examined further.
Hundreds of people were able to meet all of the requirements without any issue. When it comes to the Bible, however, people read Mark 16:16 which says, “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved” and they get all confused and don’t want to meet the requirements that God has set up.
People have more respect for the TSA than they do for God.
When you go through God’s “security check” at the end of your life, will you be allowed into Heaven? Or will something be found lacking in your life?
2 Corinthians 5:10 KJV
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
